Customer Dashboard

Your level increases based on your total (lifetime) spend in the store. The progress bar above shows: how much you already spent, how much is left to the next level, and your current level.

1) Customer Levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

Bronze (default) starts with 1 Lucky Wheel spin per day.

Bronze → Silver when you reach €300 total spend: you unlock 5× Free Shipping + 2 spins per day + 60 points.

Silver → Gold when you reach €800 total spend: you get Unlimited Free Shipping + 3 spins per day.

Gold Complete when you reach €1200 total spend: you receive 300 points + all Gold benefits.

Level validity (42-day rule)

If you go 42 days without a purchase, your level may drop by 1 tier (example: Gold → Silver, Silver → Bronze). Keeping regular purchases helps you maintain your level.

2) Cashback in points (and € value)

You earn points and can redeem them as a discount in the cart. Conversion: 10 points = €5.00 (so 1 point = €0.50).

Rule to unlock point redemption in the cart

You can use points only if your order total is at least €60. For every €60 in the cart, you unlock 40 points to redeem.

• Cart €59 → points redemption not available
• Cart €60 → redeem up to 40 points
• Cart €120 → redeem up to 80 points
• Cart €180 → redeem up to 120 points, and so on

This prevents misuse and keeps the program fair for everyone.

Points validity (42-day rule)

If you go 42 days without a purchase, your points may expire (reset to 0) automatically. The best practice is to use points or keep purchasing within that period.

3) Free Shipping

Free Shipping is available when you have the benefit active (tier benefit or prize). To apply Free Shipping, the cart must have a minimum of €40.

4) Lucky Wheel

All customers can spin the wheel and win prizes such as: points, coupons, free shipping, or extra spin. You have 1 spin every 24 hours. If you win EXTRA SPIN, it adds to your available spins.

5) Coupon and Free Shipping prize validity

When you win a coupon (5% / 10%) or Free Shipping, it is valid for 24 hours. The 24 hours starts counting exactly at the moment you win it. If you don’t use it within that time, it expires automatically and disappears from the cart/account.
