Return & Refund Policy

In our vintage store, every piece is unique and carefully described, including full details about its condition and characteristics. All garments are second-hand (vintage) and may show natural signs of wear — part of their authenticity and charm.

Right of Return

In accordance with Irish and EU consumer law, customers have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must contact us within that 14-day period to inform us of their decision to return the item.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional wear, and with all original tags (if applicable).
The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used in the purchase.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If, in rare cases, an item arrives with a fault not mentioned in the description, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by the store.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received.
